I can definitely see and feel a difference in my body! My legs are stronger and my arms are much stronger! I am able to use heavier weights and push myself more now vs the first 3 weeks. Loved the fact that the workouts were short so I could fit them into a busy day. The fact that you are on the other side keeping me accountable and answering questions day and night kept me motivated. The little videos for each exercise is awesome and it felt like I had PT at home even if I worked out at 9:30 at night!

"I met Sarah when I registered for her stroller fitness classes with my son just over 5 years ago. Now, with the birth of my daughters I'm back in her classes and LOVE THEM! Sarah's classes really are amazing! She provides safe and effective exercises for postpartum moms! She has a great knowledge base and experience to ensure moms prevent any further damage to their core and pelvic floor. I also love how much energy her classes have. She is super friendly, passionate in what she does, and really supportive in helping moms at all fitness levels improve. Sarah makes an effort to include all moms in her classes, and learns names of all moms and babies in her programs. The infant stimulation portion with parachutes, songs, and rhymes is a highlight of each class! I also loved the class discussion and guest speakers she has brought in who all brought so much valuable information to new moms!!!

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University in 2005, and also studied Exercise Science abroad at the University of Wollongong (Australia) for one year.

After completion of university, I worked simultaneously in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic and at a fitness facility, and it was here that I developed a passion for re-introducing clients to a health-conscious lifestyle incorporating good nutrition and appropriate exercises.
Since giving birth to my daughter in 2011, I became dedicated to providing safe effective exercises to pre and postpartum mothers. I am a huge advocate of “moms helping moms”, and acknowledges the immense impact regular physical activity has on the psychosocial and lifestyle aspects of families. My expertise in postnatal exercise allows the moms I work with to return to previous levels of fitness after having their baby.
