Registration for all classes listed below can be done online by clicking on the class you want, then scrolling to the start date on the calendar. Alternatively, if you know that dates/times of the classes in which you want to enroll, you can CONTACT ME directly.
After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation from me. This email will include full class details and payment information. Due to the popularity of the program, all payments are due 1 week prior to the start date of your class to hold your spot.
Please note that all of my in-person Mommy & Baby Fitness Classes are held in
Newmarket and Aurora, Ontario Canada. This is your chance to exercise with baby in a fun, safe, and supportive environment!
All of my indoor fitness classes are offered at In Harmony Dance & Wellness, 1220 Stellar Dr #200, Newmarket, ON L3Y 7B9.
Outdoor StrollerFit and Bootcamps are held at Fairy Lake Newmarket.

1-on-1 Personal Training or Small Group Training available for pre/postpartum moms, injury rehabilitation, or high-intensity training! Available at my home or yours, please contact Sarah directly for further details.

Sarah Snider Fitness does not issue a full refund. We are happy to issue you a non-transferable credit towards any other program within the year.
Sarah Snider Fitness will refund your payment minus a $50 administration fee only within 24 hours after your first class.
